What You’ll LeadAs a Lead Sales Associate, you’re the steady hand that keeps the store running smoothly during nights and weekends—supporting the team, protecting the customer experience, and keeping standards high.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver fast, friendly customer service and accurate transactions
- Guide Sales Associates through daily tasks and priorities
- Resolve customer concerns using calm de-escalation and good judgment
- Maintain strong cash control, basic paperwork, and policy compliance
- Keep the store clean, stocked, and safe; support food safety and housekeeping
- Assist with pricing, replenishment, and vendor/delivery checks as needed
Required skills/qualifications
